Tibetan singing bowls
Singing bowls have been used for thousands of years, their deep vibrational sounds are believed to soothe and heal.
I use my bowls at the end of my yoga classes as part of a deep relaxation which I consider to be one of the most important parts of your yoga practice.
Yoga, meditation and sound baths
Evening sound baths
I offer a gentle yoga practice to help settle the body, a meditation or guided relaxation to help settle the mind and a singing bowl sound bath to promote deep relaxation and wellbeing.
